Description:

Remaps/Replaces the vanilla Blood Extractor tool with a new and improved version.

Features:

- Changed the cooldown on usage from 5s to 0.5s. - Can be equipped in the hot bar - Added an ini config setting for the amount of blood bags you gain each use. - Added an ini config setting for the cooldown between uses. - Added an ini config setting for amount of health drained

Ini Config

[BloodExtractorPlus] Quantity=3 CooldownTime=0.5 AmountHealthDrain=25

Note: The amount is in addition to the 1 you would normally get. So if you have Quantity=7, you'll actually get 8.
