What is NxCloud, exactly?
A managed Nextcloud running on your own dedicated virtual machine. You get Dropbox-style file sync, sharing and versioning, and we handle the server behind it.
Are there really no per-user fees?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited users. You pay for the size of your private server, not for how many people use it.
Which plans include Office and calls?
The Business plan includes the Collabora Office suite for co-editing documents, spreadsheets and slides, plus Talk for HD calls, chat and screen sharing.
Who handles updates and backups?
We do. Updates, security patches and daily backups are included on every plan, so you never need to log in to the server.
