There is also an Engram for the Element and Element Shards to provide your Tek Stuff with Energie. It can be put in to a Slot to see how much Elements are left when using the Tek Armor.
If you are tired of crafting dozen of TranqDarts to hide an tame Dinos, with the TEK TIER TRANQ DART and RIFLE you will knock out any Dino in one single shot.
