Added dynamic torpor values that you can change by setting up the parameters below in GameUserSettings.ini Base value is 2 and gives the three darts 280, 700 and 1400 Torpor (this will be used with no config values in the ini) (Only use full numbers ex. 1, 2, 3 and so on)
