A remake of my old MaxTorpor mod.

This mod adds a dart and a pike, that when used produce enough torpor to knock out a max level Giga (I have tested this in the dev kit, I spawned in the highest level giga ARK could manage, and it was knocked out in a single dart).
The Max dart travels faster then normal, making it easier to use. The longneck rifle fits in 100 at once, and they are crafted in sets of 50 for the cost of a single metal ingot. (this mod is overpowered for regular play, and even in modded if i made a fair recipe it would just take time, and become tedious.

The hunting dart works much like the other, but it doesn't lover hunger, and also applies the torpor over time instead of instantly.

The pike applies the same torpor and hunger as the max dart, and is unbreakable. it does no damage.
