Aarkin's continuation of Millow's Pet Manager.

With Millow's help and the github he provided, I have recompiled his Pet Manager mod (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=763230897) with the hope of continuing work on it.

For this version there are no new changes, it's a simple re-compile and publish to make sure I didn't break anything.

I'm new to modding, so I apologize if anything is broken.

Post comments/suggestions/bugs below.

The mod was crashing dedicated servers but seems to be working again after 262 (according to comments below). I will start to look at some of the problems being reported.
