Adds upgradable versions of the Tek saddles You can also get Blueprints with extremely high Armor values (and extremely high costs, see image)

The saddles can be upgraded in the Upgrade Station mod or can be added to beacons (continuity-wise I would suggust adding them to OSD's) I'll probably add them to Beacon for easier configuration.
