These are the defaults put them up or down as you please to suit your server Add this to your GameUserSettings.ini.

[ResGlass] GrinderCraftSpeed=3 ForgeSpeed=2 BBQMeatSpeed=1 FabCraftSpeed=3 BBQCharcoalSpeed=.5

Note:BBQCharcoalSpeed=.5 needs to be lowered if you want charcoal faster eg.(0.4 or even as low as 0.00001 for instant charcoal) All other settings need to be higher if you want them faster or of course reverse any of them to make them slower.
