It's my first, test mod - it should give shocking tranquilizer version of spear bolt , and arrows:Shock Arrows and Shock Bolt. Both engrams are aviable at lvl 96, same as shocking tranquilizer dart, cost 0 engram points, and required only to learn shocking tranq dart engram. craft-able in inventory, needs 1 arrow / bolt, 1 metal ingot, and one biotoxin -as I don't see a need to use black powder for these. Shock arrows can't be used in tekbow.
