What is Spirits of the Isle?

Spirits of the Isle is a comprehensive mod for ARK: Survival Evolved that tells the story of a forgotten era in which survivors and spirits lived side by side in an uneasy coexistence.

As a survivor brought into that same world centuries later, the player will have to contend with these beings while unraveling the mysteries of their origins.

The journey will not be easy, but the rewards to be discovered along the way are plentiful. Good luck!

More About the Creatures

Spirits are magical creatures that may either be peaceful or hostile.

Spirits of the Isle currently includes the following spirits:

• Ancient Spectre
• Ancient Phantom
• Ancient Wraith
• Loot Whisp
• Lost Soul
• Poltergeist
• Spirit of Achievement
• Sprite

Spiritual creatures are tamable variants of the defaults that naturally spawn throughout the environment. Spirits of the Isle currently includes the following spiritual creatures:

• Spiritual Speed - useful for fast travel or for scouting
• Spiritual Weight - able to carry more items and bear a lot of weight
• Spiritual Gather - better at harvesting resources like metal or wood
• Spiritual Blind - perfect for blinding enemies in battle
• Spiritual Stun - can stun players and mounted dinos to slow them down
• Spiritual Energized - have 10% more speed and a lot more stamina
• Spiritual Juggernaut - have 10% more speed and much more health
• Spiritually-Ascended - Bad to fight with, but incredible anywhere else

Spiritual Chaotic creatures are the most threatening creatures a player may encounter. They are intended to provide a challenge for seasoned players.

Consequently, these beasts are best avoided by inexperienced players.

More About the Items

Spirits of the Isle includes a variety of items. They may be obtained as drops from defeated creatures, crafted using a structure, or purchased using spirit coins. Some of the items currently included in Spirits of the Isle are listed below:

• Spirit Coin - a special coin earned through battle and spent on rewards
• Mysterious Gift - a collectible gift box containing an assortment of items
• Mysterious Key - an uncommon relic used to summon things
• Crown of Achievement - a costly, ornate skin meant for hardcore players

• Spectre Bow - deals high amounts of torpor to creatures to knock them out
• Wraith Bow - inflicts a significant amount of raw damage to anything it hits
• Phantom Bow - literally strikes terror into the heart of any living creature
• Light Crossbow - casts light energy from the heavens to blind targets
• Dark Crossbow - casts a giant cloud of black smoke to distract and confuse

Please note that while some items are guaranteed drops, others will require more than one attempt to obtain. If you are having trouble finding a particular item, do not give up!

Most can also be purchased using spirit coins. Spawn codes are also available for players who are interested.

More About the Achievements

Upon fulfilling one of the four hidden objectives in Spirits of the Isle, the player will receive an in-game notification in recognition of his or her achievement.

Achievements are completely optional but recommended, since they provide the player with special rewards.
