Tek Engrams are learnable once the player reaches level 100 and each engram costs 50 points.
Element can be crafted on a new strucutre called Tek Mortar and it\'s cost is set on your GAME.INI file using the command ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts.
For exemple, if you want Element to cost 5 electronics, 5 polymer, 10 ingots, 10 crystal and 2 black pearls you should add the line bellow to you GAME.INI file (must be in a single line):

The Tek Mortar costs 1 of each of the 10 Island artifacts but the same command above can be used to override this.
