A sImple mod that synchronizes XP between tribe members. Effectively this replaces individual player XP with a collective tribe XP. Lower level players joining the tribe will be bumped up to the tribe XP level, while higher level players will elevate the entire tribe to their XP level.
Note: This may result in much faster overall leveling with large tribes, so consider adjusting XP settings to compensate.
v1.1: Refactored mod initialization in attempt to fix hang during loading experienced by some users.
