All new engrams from Scorched Earth are available and usable in TheIsland or TheCenter including by players who don't own the DLC

Every survivors will all new Engrams, with 0 Engram Point cost, and accessible at level 1. Each Engram, cost 1 fiber to craft the item, all of them give 0 XP. To find all thoses new Engrams, scroll down into your Engram List.
