Because this rig comes with a whopping 25% fire rate on weapons and turrets Furthermore, it gives a bonus of +15 to my weapons skill
And it's easily equipped on my bag slot! (security officer thought: "all those donkeys with their tool belts will be jealous if they see this sexy rig!")
This rig also gives the ability to store any weapon in one slot and the other three slots are for ammunition or the boom boom kind of items.
