Reactor in engine room feeds only the engine and ballast pumps Reactor in command room work for the big battery(like 10 standart) which feed everythings else. Thats make boat harder to manipulate and more easy to set on fire.
Added overvolt mode, rate can be changed in engine room. Use at own risk.
