The Cliodhna is a medium transport submarine favoured by independent haulers operating along Europa's outer trade routes. Named after a forgotten ocean spirit of Old Earth, its unconventional mid-hull ballast grants surprising stability in turbulent currents. Equipped with a capable but modest defensive armament and on-board medical facilities, the vessel excels in long-haul cargo and passenger contracts, though its industrial heritage leaves little room for comfort

The Cliodhna is a rugged Tier II transport submarine commonly seen hauling freight and passengers between the scattered outposts of Europa. Built with an industrial-first philosophy, it favors reliability and self-sufficiency over speed or luxury. Its silhouette is unmistakable, with a reinforced mid-hull ballast tank that grants stable handling in turbulent currents, although sacrificing some agility.

Though not designed for frontline combat, the Cliodhna carries enough armament to survive the journey. Two light weapon mounts provide coverage against smaller threats, while a dorsal flak cannon offers limited protection against swarms. A decoy launcher adds a critical layer of defence, allowing crews to disengage from larger predators rather than confront them head-on. The vessel rewards cautious navigation and smart resource use rather than aggression.

Internally, the submarine is built around function.
