This mod swallows exceptions at game lifecycle methods until there are 100 in a row, then it notifies you
So it doesn't let the game crash until it's critical
Why should i use it:
[olist] [*]You're deving C# / Lua / JS mods, then this thing will protect you from accidentally crashing the game [*]You are on 30min mission and suddenly the game crashes, instead of writing bug report with repro steps "play the game" you now have a second chance to investigate the cause of the crash and gather more info [*]You can block one time non critical exceptions that devs are too lazy to fix, e.g. crash on "headphones ran out of batteries" seems safe to ignore [/olist]
It's not almighty, it can't break while(true) loops, it can't catch crashes in third party libs e.g. graphics/physics engine
I want to point out that it's not safe to just ignore exceptions unless you're familiar with the codebase Game might be in corrupted state and anything you save might also get corrupted
How to try it:
