What began as the Jovian Movement has since united scattered colonies and outposts under a single purpose: to safeguard every man, woman, and child who still believes in self-determination.

Thus was born the Europan Co-Prosperity Sphere — an alliance forged not for conquest nor for terror, but for survival. They do not seek dominion over Europa.
