also added cargo elevator example (simple version, can not move people) and finally Guide/tutorial added
have fun building your moving parts!
Multiplayer friendly. Is not affected by sub movement. can lift subs up from seafloor if you wanna make legs. make moving parts with turns and twists Very unlikely to be bot friendly but not tried, at least the elevator for humans.
Issues: impossible to make flooding work 100% correct
