Small mod adds effects to civilian clothes. Clothes like VIP outfits, commoner clothes, administrator, prisoner outfit and etc. got effects to be more useful. This mod is for making you enjoy while wearing them not just because they look good, but also because it make sense. In addition, from me were added, in my opinion, necessary clothes that the developers did not add.
