Let fabricator displays the total number of materials available in current submarine storage. It excludes player/creature inventories and loose items on the ground but includes items inside portable containers (like suitcases) by checking for a valid ParentInventory. Fully compatible with both versions of the Item IO Framework. 为加工台添加显示所需素材在当前加工台所处潜艇容器内总数的功能（不包括玩家和生物身上，也不包括潜艇地面上散落物品，自然也不会包括潜艇链接的组件和电线等，但落在地面上如手提箱内物品数量会依然统计，逻辑为判断ParentInventory是否为空），能够兼容Item IO Framework的两种io箱版本。
