Tired of competent crewmates? Wish your submarine was staffed entirely by green skinned creatures with questionable morals and a knack for accidental sabotage? Look no further because this mod adds purchasable Goblin NPCs to outpost shops, available for hire at the low price of 500 marks (no refunds).
Goblins are: -Given their own separate list of humorous goblin names -Have their own voice sound effects -Significantly more fragile than humans -Not well trained
Currently there are three types of friendly goblinoids: Goblins and Hobgoblins -Goblins: Around 250 marks and very short. They cannot wear diving suits as they are too small and meant to be disposable. -Hobgoblins: Around 500 marks and human height. They are weaker than humans. -Orc: Around 1000 marks, tall, and strong. (Goblin classes are randomized in order to use their custom voicelines and health values. I don't currently know of a workaround for this without lua...)
There are also rabid hostile goblins that give you the Goblin Virus and turn you into a goblin. A major symptom of this is turning green. The Goblin Virus can be cured with Goblinex.
