Adds two new sound effects:
"Bigger weapons!" When moving something into or out of your inventory, or switching equiped items
"I need more bullets!" When aiming or trying to shoot with an empty container in your weapon/welder
Probably not clientside. You probably can't hear it when others try to shoot, but it was necessary in order to have mod support, due to this, it overrides the msg sound and may trigger when unrelated messages show up.
