It is still in a semi-finished stage, with only a few basic subsystems and event chains completed. The mod folder also includes some simple fan creations of mine related to Barotrauma, which can be accessed directly through the mod folder. As stated earlier, this mod aims to create a more harmonious, united, and cohesive Europa. It weakens the binary opposition logic between factions in the original game, emphasizes collaboration and mutual benefit among Europa's inhabitants, and uncovers the brilliance of humanity that even Europa's icy oceans cannot obscure—brilliance that shines through humanity's journey of exploring Europa. The mod introduces a new faction: LUCA. While it is set to be an internal faction of the Coalition, LUCA focuses more on technological advancement and the development of Europa than confronting separatists. LUCA can provide various forms of assistance for your Europa journey, including but not limited to: 1.Homunculi The mod adds a new type of creature called "homunculi" with various designs. These are synthetic intelligent beings created through biotechnology—loyal, reliable, and immune to husk infection. They can be your cute maids or loyal warriors, serving as powerful allies for humanity's exploration and development of Europa. 2.Europa Industrial and Commercial Bank (ICBE) ICBE exists as an independent faction, but it essentially uses its reputation system as a settlement account. It enriches the game's financial system by providing players with a credit/deposit account for liquidity. It offers timely support to captains in urgent need of funds and serves as an investment option for those with surplus funds. 3.Submarines [spoiler]This is actually an ad[/spoiler] LUCA's submarines are known for being simple, reliable, user-friendly, and environmentally friendly—they are powerful tools for captains to conquer Europa. 4.Items You can conveniently purchase small items and their blueprints from LUCA Assignees. These include practical modifications of original weapons, new powerful weapons, and interesting items with special functions. This section currently has limited content but will be continuously expanded. 5. New Missions Currently, only a few reskinned versions of original missions have been added to ensure basic playability. However, plans for brand-new missions are in development, which will feature a touching storyline. 6. Special Events Interesting random events await your discovery. For example, besides recruiting homunculi at Human Resources, you might also encounter a lost special homunculus while exploring. 7.Expanded Original Lore This mod attempts to expand on vague parts of the original game's lore and provide its own answers. For instance: What role did the Coalition play in the Tormsdale Incident? Instead of being trapped in endless revenge fueled by hatred, can people embrace a different future? After installing this mod, try seeking out characters like Victoria—you may find unexpected answers.
