Makeshift Containers

This is a small mod, introducing a quality of life update to the artillery ammunition (and fire extinguishers) management on the submarine, adding makeshift containers for ammunition and giving the players ability to customize their artillery deck a little bit, without using the submarine editor.

The mod changes Gun Runner (Security Officer - Gunner) and Safety First (Mechanic, General), adding three new recipes upon unlocking:

• Makeshift Shell Rack
• A placeable rack for railgun shells, allowing to stack more ammunition closer to the loader.
