for the goblins that are in the campaign, dont take more than 3 of hyperzine/meth/steroids at a time. Sure you'll basically go super saiyan but you only have a few minutes before your body collapses. (tldr go out with a bang when you fist fight that mudraptor) pomegrenade extract now heals a small portion of many neurotrauma afflictions (not the serious ones) but if used too many times at once you could do more harm than good
