This mod adds a new upgrade to the shipyard for your submarine.

Door Hardening Upgrade
You can buy upgrades in the shipyard to increase the health of your submarine's doors and hatches. 
Tier 1 Submarines can have up to Level 3 Doors. Tier 2 Subs up to Level 5 Doors.
Coilgun deals GodOnlyKnows amounts of damage so... Level 0 Door = 100 HP, 11 Coilgun Shots, Level 5 Door = 350 HP, 36 Coilgun Shots.
Example 2: Level 0 = 7 Shotgun Shells, Level 5 = 22 Shotgun Shells.
It's safe to install mid game... *Insert Hell's Kitchen Dramatic Waterphone* Probably... Maybe.
