All NPC clothing now have stats or special effects! Including but no limited to: Skill Bonuses Stat Bonuses (Eg. 15% medical item potency, 40% waterflow resistance, 10% Skillgain) Extra Inventory slots for certain items or larger items Movement speed buff/debuff (While holding crates or storing a medium item)
