You need to subscribe to Real Sonar in order to use this mod. However you must NOT have it enabled.
This is a personal mod of mine. I took a listen at the original sounds and it terrified me. So, me being the pussy that I am, decided to leave only the UI and the non distorted sounds in the game, and got rid of all the VFX and afflictions as well. You wont have to worry about the volume, as it's all quite balanced.
