[SG-Cyclops]
The submarine was wrecked in the waters of Z86 and was recovered with its entire crew dying, rescued in time but unlikely to be able to sail again. According to the logbook, the submarine had been attacked by a giant beast. After being repaired and fitted with turrets, the Cyclops will return to exploring Io. A password is required to unlock the fort, so look for clues.
