- Eu-K508 S 'Einhorn' Revolver - Type-84 'Drache' Submachine gun - EIN-12 flechette Shotgun - Type-75 'Protektor' Pistol - BW-5 Nitro Express Rifle - LP-265a Leuchtpistole Flare Gun - Disposable Stun Prod - Flashlight Module - Machete - STAR Shield - STAR Baton - MNHR Mining Laser - All ammo types
Credit to TastyTony and Halo Hunter157 for making these guns possible for barotrauma (and in L4D2): - Heckler Assault Rifle - Herstal Battle Rifle - Jäger Battle Rifle
These items can be found in the wild, vendors, and made by crafting.
