The city is a wonderful place full of horrible wiring, genetic material, radiation, frustration, and hate. It's meant to run well despite rubber-banding, with minimal stairs. The reactor will kill you if you don't wear radiation-resistant clothing. The ai is not allowed in or out as a result. This will probably work with legacy EK since the fix doesn't really change much other than fixing bugs.
Known problems: AI gets stuck in many locations Crew quarters is boring (rushed it) Lock down doors don't function as intended
To do: Redo all wiring, including the lock down doors. Redo crew quarters, likely at the same time as the rewiring. Make different versions of this sub to work with other mods people play.
If anyone knows how to fix AI, please let me know
