Note: The Taipan is intended to be 'Vanilla+' in style, and fit in nicely with the base-game subs; both in terms of balance and aesthetic. The sub is designed as a mid/late tier 1 choice, and fills the gap between the Dugong and Orca. This is my first sub, so if there are any issues just post a comment & I'll aim to fix 'em as soon as I can.
