The Blue Guppy class of submarines serve as a general purpose utility vessel. Able to be operated with a crew of 1-4, this submersible can complete most commercial jobs your average outpost manager would ask. Its ability to be a cheap, simple, and easy to use vehicle has garnered it as the "workhorse" of the Europan Ridge.
