The Mediclown Mask merges both the clown mask and the health scanner.
Now while playing assistant you can see your crew's afflictions while keeping your clown bonuses, and as a medic you can... inject people with deliriumine without anyone knowing it's you i guess? Just remember to take your ID off first.
