About the mod
The standard grid gets in the way of tidy wall circuits. Precision Placement lets you place electrical components off the grid and align them with the edges and centers of components already installed. Use it for wall lights, buttons, logic components and text displays.
How to use
Hold a component and aim at the wall. Hold Shift for free placement or Alt to snap to nearby component edges and centers. Place the item with your normal use key. Alt takes priority if both keys are held; without modifiers, the standard grid applies. To move an installed component, detach it with the usual tool first.
Important
Windows only. Requires Barotrauma 1.15.19.0 (companion-update) with built-in C# plugin support. Enable the mod, allow C# plugins and restart the game. The mod runs on your client: the server and other players do not need to install it. Normal wall, range and attachment restrictions still apply.
