This mod is an addition to the ERC Rebalance mod. It is not recommended to install without it!
Put it above ERC Rebalance, or it won't work!
ERC Ballistics changes the physics of bullets when they are in water. Different calibers will behave differently, have different color and size tracers. Almost all cartridges hit as hard as without water, but fly longer and sometimes spin when fired, which reduces range. To balance the universe, the Rapid Fissile Accelerator will cause damage to the owner when it is fired in water, which is offset by the PUCS.
(The junk gun has not yet been redesigned, but it will be!)
