Description
The ZU-B Freighter is a civilian cargo transporter submarine. It has a large cargobay that can be used for carrying both smaller and larger deliveries between outposts. The ZU-B Is only lightly armed as a result of an after market modification by the previous owners. The shipyards have stopped producing these submarines due to the higher demand of protection required on the subs under the ice of Europa. However there is still existing a large number of the freighter submarines even tho many of them are in poor condition and can as a result be found fairly cheap on the secondhand market. Due to their simple layout and easy to operate systems, many freighter captain prefers them over more high tech version and the crew's that have worked on them have started to call them "Zubmarines" due to the ZU-B's lack of conning tower and its small hump on the keel, making the ZU-B slightly resemble an old Earth air vehicle called a Zeppelin.

Authors Notes
This submarine is designed for campaign but can of course be used for missions. The Zubmarine is intended to be a middle stepping stone and is designed for it to have upgrades installed to work better during a campaign. The Command Room is designed to be lightly equipped but have been provided with both a terminal and text displays for in-game wiring solutions/additions. I wanted to make submarine that was a "underdog" that you could improve during a campaign, that you later could use your earnings to buy a better sub for. I have played several hours with this sub in campaign and I love it.
