This mod aims to improve the whole archery gameplay experience, offering a more diversified and interesting archery in Conan Exiles instead of the vanilla one.

1.0.1 Release.

It adds 6 new bows, 15 new arrows, 2 new debuff with various levels of intensity. It changes 11 vanilla bows and 6 vanilla arrows. It doesn't change any DLC content.

As reported by Grishax it seems that Improved Archery Overhaul is incompatible with the new Journey System, above all the Archer and the Sharpshooter journeys. Look at Improved Archery Overhaul Steam discussions.

Regular arrows are now made for mass production, they are cheaper than specialized ones, their production is much more optimized than specialized arrows, so you can get much more arrows for the same amount of ingots and the same amount of feathers, sorry but 1 wood stick is still needed for every arrow, regular arrows production is certain, no RNG involved in produced quantity. For regular arrows, feathers could be substituted with some amount of Plant Fiber, to use Plant Fiber in place of feathers for regular arrows you have to get the feat of the bleeding arrow of the same tier.

Blunted and Bleeding arrows are specialized arrows and their production quantity is now RNG and from iron tier up to star metal tier they waste for sure much more ingots and feathers than regular arrows. From iron to star metal blunted and bleeding arrows you have to use feathers, there is no subtitution possible.

Poisonous arrows haven't changed a lot because they are made from regular arrows dipped in some venom.

Added arrows to new bows and added back new arrows to old bows. Right now it should be possible to equip all the kind of arrows on any bow (recompiled for the 3.0.x release of the game).
