Better Legendary Weapons and Items

Most changes are to two-handed weapons, making them worth using. This mod is definitely made with PVE in mind, and is very much a work in progress. I'd suggest putting it high up in your load order and letting other mods overwrite.

Two Handed swords have been changed to 90 damage on light and 115 on heavy, applying bleed and cripple on all heavy attacks. 25% armor pen on average.

Two Handed maces now deal 80 damage on light and 105 on heavy. Each heavy applies sunder and cripple. 50% armor pen on average.

Two Handed axes deal 85 with light, 110 with heavy, applying sunder and bleed. 33% armor pen on average.

Katanas deal 75 light damage, 100 heavy, and apply bleed every hit. 15% armor pen on average.

Bows have had all damage doubled. Fling Shot deals comparitively lower damage but high armor penetration. Frenzied Bow deals large concussive damage. 10% armor pen on average.

The predator blade heavy now deals concussive damage.

This might all change, as I play around with the balance. I still need to do pikes and shields, but I don't have any solid ideas for them. I'm open to any suggestions.
