Changes the base encumbrance to 200 from 70 and the amount per level from 7 to 15. There are other mods if you want more, I find this to be balanced.
This mod works even if you've already started a game/character, and even if you've already spent points in encumbrance it will apply correctly.
This mod is no longer maintained as I no longer have the devkit installed or the original mod files.
