Fantasy Races of Exiles

A set of fantasy races woven into the world you already know. No new camps, no extra bodies — in chosen regions the mod replaces a random existing NPC with one of the new races. The camp keeps its size, its patrols and its idle animations; only the one standing there has changed.

Every race comes in both male and female — roughly six women to every four men.

The Races

Most races also appear as crafters: alchemists, armorers, blacksmiths, carpenters, cooks, smelters, tanners and taskmasters. Useless in a fight, but at the bench they beat their vanilla counterparts — faster, and burning less material and fuel.

Alongside them come dancers: a T4 dancer built on the race's own top-tier statline, with a little less health and damage. Dancers turn up wherever crafters do.

Spawns are tied to regions: every race has its own corners of the world and its own chances, so the map never turns into wall-to-wall elves. Both worlds are covered.

Exiled Lands

Isle of Siptah

None of it is compulsory: spawns can be switched off across the whole server, or shut down region by region using the codes drawn on these maps.

Settings

An in-game settings window. Open it from the console with
dc FROESettings
or bind that same command to a key in Settings — Controls — Commands.

Everything in it is server-wide and only an admin can change it — the window opens for anyone, the switches do not.

 • Disable fantasy race spawns — no new race replaces a camp NPC anywhere. The ones
 • already in the world stay where they are.
 • Region blacklist — codes from the maps above, separated by commas: R01, R02,
 • R501. Those regions stop producing the new races; empty allows every region.
 • Disable vampire powers for players — a player character gets nothing in the shade.
 • Disable vampire powers for everyone — the same, for every player and every NPC.

Purges

A second way to get one: the cages a purge leaves behind. What can be inside depends on the purge level, and it starts at level 5.

 • Levels 5–7 — any race, T1 to T3. No Malari, no vampires.
 • Levels 8–9 — the above, plus T4, plus crafters, plus Malari Scourge (T3) and
 • Vampire Nightstalker (T3).
 • Level 10 — everything above, plus Malari Hellborn (T4) and Vampire Bloodborn (T4).

The cages still hold the vanilla factions too, so this is a chance rather than a promise — but the rarest of them can be earned by surviving a purge instead of combing the map.

Compatibility

Modifies NPC spawn tables. May conflict with mods that edit the same tables.

Tot! Custom — the two run together, but a few cosmetic details may not come through: warpaint sometimes fails, Lynari eyes may not glow. Tot! Custom overwrites the character layout with values of its own, and this mod cannot override that from its side.
