Adds a grid reference overlay to the default map and improves player marker location accuracy.
Features:
- Perfectly scaled A-Z grid reference map.
- Live player x,y,z coordinates printed at the bottom left of screen.
- Makes use of the black borders at the top and bottom of the screen of the default map (No wasted space!) so the top of your map doesn't get cut off by the overlay.
- Maintains the same scale/ratio as the original map - No downsizing here!
- Player map marker icon optimised for more accurate player positioning.
How do I use this mod?
[olist] [*] Click the green subscribe button at the top of the page under the screenshots and Steam will automatically download and install it. [*] To enable the mod for use, launch your game and select Mods on the main menu then move GridMap from the available mods section to the selected mods section. [*] Back out of the Mod menu then restart your game. [*] The mod is now installed and enabled and ready for use - Enjoy! [/olist]
How do I use this mod on my server?
[olist] [*] First you will need to subscribe to the mod by clicking the green subscribe button at the top of the page under the screenshots. Steam will automatically download the mod for your local game. [*] Next navigate to your Steam directory workshop folder for Conan - by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440900\[i] [*] You will then need to find the folder with the mod ID 864992037. Inside will be a single file called GridMap.pak [*] You will then need to upload the GridMap.pak file to your game server and place it in [i]<game directory>\ConanSandbox\Mods\ folder [*] In that same folder you need to either edit or create modlist.txt and add GridMap.pak on a new line and then save it. [*] After that is complete, restart your server and the mod will now be active on your server. [/olist]
