This greatly increases odds of higher %'s
[ I first made it 70%, but it was giving a lot of 100's, so I tried 60, but that gave too many low #'s. 65+ seems like a good balance.]
Compatibility: Will not conflict with any mod that doesn't also change 'Base Growth Rate 1' for vanilla npc's. And if a mod does, just load mine after. My mod will not change anything else.
