Your thralls come alive

Ironlight-Settlements turns your base into a living settlement. Thralls sleep, eat, work, train, shop and patrol ? on their own daily routine, whether you are watching or not. This is the successor to Thralls Are Alive, rebuilt from scratch for Conan Exiles Enhanced.

Disclaimer

Latest version was a migration. To not bore you with technical details too much i needed to change important variables at its core. If you encounter strange behavior please test first by recreating/replacing assets and see if the issue persist.

How it works

Place a Town Center ? it becomes the heart of your settlement and picks up the beds, workstations, training dummies and stalls around it. Place Resource Beacons to tell your thralls what to gather. For a small tutorial please make the journeys

A living day

• Needs ? thralls get hungry and tired. They eat from special storages nearby (Thrall pot, Food chest)
• Day & night routine ? work during the day, idle around town in the evening, sleep at night.

Work & skills

• Gathering ? assign thralls to gather basic materials
• Crafting professions ? blacksmiths work their benches, earn skill XP and unlock buffs that make them better at the job and give more stock to the shops. More professions are on the way.
• Training ? thralls train attributes to get stronger
• City Guard/Professions ? thralls on patrol earn XP and gain a buff
• Scheduler ? on each Beacon a schedule for a Thrall can be configured. Time/Target and if they are allowed to make a break can be configured

Economy

• Thrall shop ? thralls can run shop stalls depending on their profession and offer goods for sale
• Merchant stall ? a merchant thrall buys surplus resources off your settlement for silver

Stories

• Settlement chronicle ? an event log that tells you what happened in your town while you were out raiding

For modders

My Vision is to provide an API especially for needs,skills and compatibility for asset. In this regard i mainly focus on the data table merge pattern from conan. Ask on the Discord if you have questions

Early days

The mod improves each update and i think we are pretty stable, but still i will make you aware that i am regularly update the mod

Q & A

Since the new update, i have a mod mismatch. What shall i do? This is not related to this mod. Just unsubscribe (conan must be closed and you must see kind of a download start and finish) then resubscribe (again wait for download)
