All strength and accuracy granting perks now grant both at the same value. All survival perks now grant vitality All agility perks now gives triple the agility No more negative stat perks
ex. old jack of all trades +2 str, +2 acc, +2 agi, +2 surv, +2 vit
new jack of all trades +4 str, +4 acc, +6 agi, +4 vit
