Concept: having grouped clutter in stead of individual pieces for easier decorating for players and admins. Lowers the amount of placeables being used since every piece is just 1 item. Recipes can be learned through feats.

This mod is compatible with CE Helper. Will be made compatible with Amunet's Deco Collector.
