Raises the level cap to 100. This yields 100 total attribute points, 1299 feat points. The XP required to level past 60 scales at the same rate as 1-60. Respec potions correctly return the proper number of attribute and feat points.
This mod was made with the idea that a server may want to force its players to specialize to some degree even with an extended level cap and not just have all attributes unlocked at max level.
Probably not compatible with mods that alter the level system.
