Removes all notes/journal/invalid/unfinished items from the Lemurian Lore and Giant King Lore categories, so those Journey steps can actually be completed.

There are 13 Lemurian Lore obelisks that have been found, only those items now have the Lemurian lore tag and that journey step should now be able to be finished. Aki-San has listed those in the discussion area below.

For the Giant king lore obelisks, I have flagged all the 'found' items and removed the tag from all other items. There are still a few entries which may exist that I haven't found yet which I will list below. Spawning pools sounds like it should be at the spawning pools but I haven't been able to locate it, similar story with Dragonmouth. If anyone does actually find these please let me know and I will re-enable these as part of the completion. Including the first chunk of the sound files for reference to know if you have found one of the 'missing' ones.
