Merchants Carry More Thralls

Adds more thralls to various merchants

Hannah the Broker will sell Armorers, Blacksmiths, and Carpenters for 50 gold. Retas Metmeg will sell Alchemists, Cooks, and Smelters for 50 gold. Handler Thiena will sell Tanners for 50 gold, and Entertainers for 100 gold Koros the Brave will sell Sorcerers for 100 gold, Lamplighters (with the Better Thralls Mod) for 50 gold, and will buy Jailor's Keys for 75 gold.

All tiers can drop, similar to the mercenary merchants in Flotsam.

Religion teachers will sell their respective priests for their religion's knowledge items, and specific boss items for named priests. I'm still working on a solution for Siptah, but it will probably involve a random selection from the merchants in Accursed Citadel.

Ladagara will also always spawn in her normal location.

The amount of options in the merchant menu will mean the Exit button is not clickable, but does anyone click that anyways?

These are tweaks made by someone with barely any skill in modding, intended for someone who has zero interest in the slaving part of the game. The intention is to adhere to vanilla as close as possible with as little effort as possible and with no regards to how it is balanced against people who are cool with wheeling and dealing their Thralls. Comments and requests are fine, but I probably won't be able to help anyone with anything.

This mod merges the Dialogue Table and Weighted Spawn Table.
